In 2004, the American Cancer Society estimates 4,850 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed among men in Alabama, 650 will die of prostate cancer in Alabama. The McRae Prostate Cancer Awareness Foundation continues to reach out to families in Alabama because of generous support from individuals, corporation and foundation. Contribution make it possible to improve the quality of life for African-Americans, Caucasian men, and other ethic groups, and there families who been devastated by prostate cancer. Without your help and intervention, the number of men affected by prostate cancer will continue to rise. We must increase out investment to beat prostate cancer once and for all.
